In honor of Eric's last day of military "employment" and his start as a civilian I made him a 9 x 13" pan of chocolate chip cookie bars with a little frosting decoration. Several office co-workers had told Eric that on his first day they would cut his tie to initiate him into the office "family", to which Eric said if they did he would pound on them.
After his first day of work in civilian clothes I asked him if he had got his tie cut and he said "Nope, I think they were afraid of getting punched." Can you feel the love in the office ;)
All in good fun, of course.
