...in Northern Pennsylvania we saw an amazing sight. Not far from the State camp grounds there was a look out point where you could see across the valley and enjoy a beautiful view. While we were eating lunch, there arrived a group from a local Hang Gliding club who set up five (or maybe six) hang gliders... and then jumped off a black top pad out over the valley. It was awesome watching them take off and use the wind to keep themselves up in the air. No motor to keep them going, just knowledge of the wind and how it works to keep them soaring and diving through the valley.
